And we will illuminate the 3 hidden habits that quietly weaken our creative power, so you can begin recognizing and transforming them in your own life.

Gathering at our home overlooking the water, held in the embrace of nature.

We’re so excited to welcome you to a beautiful morning of soul community—a loving, sacred space where all of you is welcome, and where we can reconnect more deeply with ourselves, our Hearts, and one another.

This Saturday, we’ll dive into something that touches all of us on the conscious path: our desire for more love, healing, authenticity, connection, and inner peace, and the very human patterns that can quietly keep us separated from what we long to experience.

One of those patterns is inner judgment.

It is a natural part of our humanity, often hidden from awareness, showing up as pressure, “should,” comparison, not-enoughness, irritation, disappointment, or the feeling that something—or someone—should be different. When left unaddressed, it can continue to create separation within us, affect our relationships, and impact our well-being.

The path of the Heart offers another way.

We’re excited to share how moments of judgment can become powerful portals into deeper layers of love, compassion, connection, and peace—when we allow the intelligence of the Heart to meet us and lead in those moments.

In this circle you’ll experience:

• A heart-opening meditation

• Powerful Heart codes and teachings

• An embodied healing experience

• The I CAN process for meeting self-judgment

• Personal reflection and authentic sharing

• A practical Heart tool to use in everyday life

• Healthy snacks and tea

One of the greatest acts of love we can offer—to ourselves and to others—is the gift of true listening. The heart is always speaking, but to hear its wisdom we must learn how to listen beyond the noise of the mind, beyond our agendas, and beyond the parts of us that may be afraid of what the truth will ask of us. There is also an art to being able to truly listen in relationships, to truly connect authentically.

In this heart-opening cacao ceremony, we gather with raw indigenous cacao, the Food of the Gods, to soften the mind, open the heart, and explore what it means to listen with conscious presence, curiosity, and compassion. Through meditation, reflection, authentic sharing, and cacao, we will uncover & dissolve the layers that block our capacity to listen.

There is so much happening in the world right now—division, conflict, ego-based leadership, and uncertainty. It’s easy to feel pulled into fear, reactivity, or disconnection.

But this moment is not asking us to contract… it is inviting us to rise.

There is a part of you that is clear, grounded, and deeply connected to truth and love. And a part that feels doubt, worried or gets pulled into old patterns.

The question is not how to get rid of these patterns, but: How can I connect deeper to my heart—the source of my truth, power, and love to lead?

Because the more you lead from your heart, the more you serve your life—and the world—from a higher vibration, an expanded consciousness.

Open Heart Circle is a sacred in-person gathering where we explore powerful codes for living heart-centered — through meditation, embodied practices, and authentic sharing.

This month is devoted to expanding our capacity to hold our human experience with an open heart.

We are living in intense times. Internally and externally, there is pressure, stress, activation, and challenging relationship dynamics. The conditioned response is to avoid, react from old patterns, or spiritually bypass what feels uncomfortable.

In this circle, we practice something different.

We learn how to access the heart as a loving, stabilizing intelligence — how to consciously feel without collapsing into fear, how to move through triggers without becoming them, and how to stay centered in a reactive world.

Because the way we change the world begins with how we meet it within ourselves.

In this space you are welcome, you are loved, you are seen.

Tea & snack provided.
