In this heart-opening cacao ceremony, we gather with raw indigenous cacao, the Food of the Gods, to soften the mind, open the heart, and explore what it means to listen with conscious presence, curiosity, and compassion. Through meditation, reflection, authentic sharing, and cacao, we will uncover & dissolve the layers that block our capacity to listen.
