Growing her love for dance, she mastered diverse styles, including Latin dances. Her devotion to the art of movement is more than a passion - it’s a way of life that she is thrilled to share through JourneyDance™. Her multifaceted approach to well-being extends beyond the dance floor; as a nationally certified reflexologist, biomagnetism and master reiki energy practitioner and TRX instructor, she embraces a holistic philosophy towards health.
