Open Heart Circle is a sacred in-person gathering where we explore powerful codes for living heart-centered — through meditation, embodied practices, and authentic sharing.
This month is devoted to expanding our capacity to hold our human experience with an open heart.
We are living in intense times. Internally and externally, there is pressure, stress, activation, and challenging relationship dynamics. The conditioned response is to avoid, react from old patterns, or spiritually bypass what feels uncomfortable.
In this circle, we practice something different.
We learn how to access the heart as a loving, stabilizing intelligence — how to consciously feel without collapsing into fear, how to move through triggers without becoming them, and how to stay centered in a reactive world.
Because the way we change the world begins with how we meet it within ourselves.
