PLEASE READ CAREFULLY THE INFORMATION BELOW TO LEARN HOW TO BEST PREPARE FOR YOUR KAI SESSION.

Prepare for KAI

 

We want to express our gratitude for choosing to be part of this journey. Your decision to join us signifies your commitment to self-discovery, healing, and spiritual growth. The energy has already started its subtle work within you, preparing you for the profound experience that awaits.

⭐️ Please plan to arrive a little early, as we will start promptly to honor and respect everyone’s time.

⭐️ IMPORTANT: The entry door to the studio is located to the left of the AT&T store.

What to Bring:

✔️ Yoga mat for added comfort during our session. We have limited yoga mats available if you need one.

✔️ Eye cover to block out light.

✔️ Water bottle to stay hydrated.

✔️ Blanket and pillow for extra warmth and comfort. 

⭐️⭐️⭐️You will be laying down on the yoga mat for one hour. If you have back, neck or any other pains, please bring whatever you know you need to be comfortable for the entire duration of the session.

 

Before the session: 

  • Rest WellMake sure you get a good night sleep to be fully present to your experience.
  • Light Meals: Recommending lighter, clean meals leading up to your KAI session, avoid processed food/heavy meals/fried food. THE DAY OF KAI—Opt for a very light lunch like fruit (or nothing at all) a few hours before our gathering. 
  • Hydration: Avoid alcohol / energy drinks / soda. Drink plenty of water before and after the session.
  • Comfortable Clothing: Wear loose, comfortable clothes to facilitate ease of movement and relaxation.
  • Intention SettingDo not come with an intention or expectation. Surrender to what may arise for you in the moment. Take some time prior to the session to come out of the "doing mode" and enter the "being mode". 
 

During the Session:

Process: 

- Intro and few words about KAI; 

- Your experience begins. Session lasts 1 hour; 

- Following the session, we'll have time for sharing, providing a space for discussing your experiences and insights.

 

Experiences Vary:  Each person's experience is unique. You may feel physical sensations, emotional release, or/and  enter a deep state of intimacy with God/Universe. Starting now, inviting you to Open up to new possibilities of being and experiencing yourself. 

 

What to Expect:

KAI is a one-of-a-kind experience, involving direct energy transmission that activates your Kundalini—your pure life force energy. Our session aims to realign you with the higher consciousness of your heart. Common experiences may include profound healing, alignment with your true essence, and an expansion of your spiritual consciousness.

 

 

Post Session Recommendations:

  • Integration Time: Allow yourself some time after the session to integrate the experience and be present to what may come up. You might find that the effects of this energy linger for the next few days or even longer. Pay close attention to any internal changes and your behavior. You may become more sensitive, more connected to your higher self, and experience heightened energy levels. It's crucial to listen to your body during this time and honor its needs, whether that means more rest, different foods, or deeper sleep.
  • Journaling: Recommend writing down your experiences and any insights that emerged.
  • Stay Hydrated: Continue to drink water to aid the energetic and physical processes within your body.
 

Remember, this KAI session is more than just an event—it marks the beginning of a journey of self discovery and conscious awakening. It’s perfectly normal to feel curious, excited, or even a bit nervous. Trust that the process is designed to be safe, loving and in tune with your inner alignment.
